Subject: How to realize offline file transfer?
XEP-0129(WebDAV File Transfers) defines the method for sender to initiate a file transfer while the recipient is offline.But the xmpp server doesn't support it.Should I develop a server plugin to support it?Or should I use Webdav server, and if so,should I develop web service to deal with the xmmp client's upload and download file require?Could anyone give me some suggestion on how to realize offline file transfer?

there are many different ways to do that. In my opinion HTTP or Webdav is the best solution. I like the filetransfer which Meebo added to their client recently. Its uploading the file to a http server and sends a message with link which includes some token.
