get notification from group chat

Subject: get notification from group chat
Is it possible to get notification from group chat when the user is not active in the chatroom? If someone know something and how to do it pls help me here

sorry, I don't understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. Please elaborate in detail.

Also, agsXMPP are superseeded by MatriX and MatriX vNext since many years. So please use those libraries when possible.
