matriX mono build not working in unity

Subject: matriX mono build not working in unity
Hi Team,
I am trying MatriX mono builds for Unity. Getting an error - plugin targets .Net4.x and is marked as compatible with unity editor. The editor can use assemblies lower than 3.5x. Please unselect unity editor as a compatible platform.
I have seen posts where folks have claimed that MatriX works well with Unity. Is it even compatible?

Matrix works fine with Unity, we have many customers using it on Unity platforms.
There are 3.5 and 4.5 Mono builds.
