How can i implement OAuth Over XMPP in Matrix XMPP sdk
- What are you trying to achieve exactly?
- Are you sure that you need XEP-0235?
Or do you just want to authenticate over an OAUTH token to your XMPP server?
Yes, I need to USE external OAUTH token to My XMPP server.

You can do that only when your XMPP server has implemented a custom SASL mechanism for that.

I use de Openfire 4.1.4 XMPP Server.
I solved my problem with Prebind with MatriX da AG Software and it work perfectly.

IF the Openfire suport to connect with external Server for OAuth, you can show how i can do that.

Did you ask the Openfire developers if they have such a SASL mechanism or extension?
