Subject: Message Carbons For Offline user
How message carbon works, or the best approach for implementation of message carbon for offline user?

If a user a is online from three resources, message carbons work good, every resource recieve messages, when one of the resource get offline, and then a copy is not sending to that device.

How can we handle message carbon for offline user. Best approach?

A resource is still the same user, and goes away when the user is offline.
Messages carbons is designed for online users only.
