Disconnection Issue in MUC

Subject: Disconnection Issue in MUC
Hi Alex,

I am frequently getting disconnection issue in MUC room on Openfire. After that no message will be receive in room. But when i send one-one message (Without MUC), that message is received.

I checked the openfire settings. My settings is that

Idle Connections Policy:
 (a) Disconnect clients after they have been idle for: 360 Sec
 (b) Do not send XMPP Ping requests to idle clients: Chekced

Conflict Policy:
(a) Always kick - If there is a resource conflict, immediately kick the other resource.

Can you please help me to solve this issue

without Xml logs there is not much we can do for you.
