FileTransferManager don't work

Subject: FileTransferManager don't work
 I need to send images file but the using Windows Phone SDK 8.1 Xmpp and the FileTransferManager don't work. i try to develop in windows phone 8;

The FileTransferManager is not available for Windows Phone.
How big are the images you are trying to send? In many cases its not required to use the FileTransferManager to send some small images or include images to chat messages. There are better solutions for this.
