yes you can when you implement the Jingle protocols from here:

Hi Alex,
Is there any example for it in c#, or something related to it. I am using ejabberd server latest build.

no sorry, there are no samples available. You have to implement most of the code and the Jingle packets yourself.

When i was downloading the agsxmpp sdk, there was no jingle on it.
