Cannot connect to Wildfire server

Subject: Cannot connect to Wildfire server
I am not able to connect to wildfire server from Miniclient, but I am to connect from Spark.
I have installed Wildfire on our server and I am trying to connect to our public IP.
I am able to connect from Miniclient from our network . We have a client at other location.
I am not able to connect from Miniclient from their network. Spark is able to connect from there.

Any help?

Hi deepak,

i have no idea what your problem exactly is. Once you say you can connect, and once you say you can't connect.
Can you please post your debug xml log?
