Subject: Development facebook,gmail style chat

Hi,
i am trying to develop facebook,gmail style chat for my web site user.And also i want to integrate facebook and gmail chat to my web site. So what should i install as a xmpp server ? are there any server for windows? Is there any client source code?
I am .net (c#) developer

If you want to develop with c# then you should choose Silverlight.

Otherwise go with pure HTML and Java Script, c# does not help you there. If you choose Java Script and HTML then you should read this book:

i want to development chat for my web site user
i installer ejabberd as a XMPP server(http://www.process-one.net/en/forum/)
and i want to use agsXMMP using as a client is it imposible?is that right way?
are there any examples or recommends

Its doable, but IMHO not the right way. I suggest either a plugin technology like Flash or Silverlight, or better HTML5 with Java Script.
