GTalk works fine for me without any problems. Are you running the latest sources from SVN?

download the latest sources from SVN and compile them.
Or download the latest binary from here: http://www.ag-software.net/download-directory/

I am using the same DLLs. Below is the sample code

XmppClientConnection xmppCon = new XmppClientConnection();
xmppCon.OnLogin += new ObjectHandler(xmppCon_OnLogin);
xmppCon.OnError += new ErrorHandler(xmppCon_OnError);
xmppCon.Username = Util.GetAppSetting("gmailusername");
xmppCon.Server = Util.GetAppSetting("gmailserver");
xmppCon.Password = Util.GetAppSetting("gmailpassword");
xmppCon.AutoResolveConnectServer = true;
xmppCon.KeepAlive = true;
xmppCon.Status = Util.GetAppSetting("STATUSMSG").ToString();
xmppCon.KeepAliveInterval = 10000;
xmppCon.Open();

I am not getting error in local environment.
But it is throwing error in staging shared server.
Is there any web.config setting i need do put to work ?

No there is nothing you have to do. Are you running in a shared hosting environment? If yes then its possible that they have security policies which don't allow you to open sockets anymore.
