Are PresenceManager/RosterManager light-weight enough to create/recreate as needed?

Subject: Are PresenceManager/RosterManager light-weight enough to create/recreate as needed?
If they are not, I'll need to cache them upon initial creation. But if they are I'll just make them as I need them. Does Dispose() need to be called on them, or will just releasing the reference take care of everything?

They are lightweight. It doesn't matter if you use them global or create new instances whenever you need them.
In Some projects we have lots of instances of the PreseceManager without any problems.
