Subject: Any news about major implementers of XMPP?

Hi,

As of september 2011 -
Except facebook and google-talk, are there any other major players who implement XMPP? (Meaning, I only need my client to use correct server and sasl configuration, and NO transports).

Where can the required login info be found?

I am sorry for the ignorance... and really appreciate your help.

Does that mean that I can use it with the XMPPClient? (just noticed I was in the wrong forum...sorry)

I haven't been able to find any publication regarding the connection details, such as the server and other techy stuff.
Is that some kind of confidential or proprietary data?

Is there any directory of such servers? (not transports...)

I don't have more info about the XMPP integration than you read on the linked blog post. I have not downloaded and tested the latest beta with XMPP support myself.

So I don't know if they only add XMPP support to the Skype client where you an add your Google Talk XMPP, Facebook XMPP accounts and others, or if they plan real interoperability with XMPP, so that every XMPP user can communicate all Skype users over XMPP.
