Subject: Server Feature Score

If you visit http://www.jabber.org/software/servers.shtml
the server implementations have a "Feature Score". By example, the Jabber XCP has 90% of Feature Score, and in this link http://www.jabber.org/software/JabberXCP.shtml exists details from all features supported.

 :?: Someone calculated these percentage and Server Detail Page for agsXMPP?

PS: I know what these info are to a server, not for some library. But before start to use this server library, will be interesting if we know about these info. :cool:

The list is not up to date. We should extend it.

There are tons of extensions for XMPP. A detailed list could be found here:
http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jeplist.shtml
And this is not the complete list of extensions ;-).
On this list are also extensions that are used by only the author of the JEP yet. I think it would make no sense to implement all of them only to increase the feature score. And it would make is more complicated to use and work with the library.

Its very easy to extend agsXMPP and add new features.

If you are looking for a special feature please ask.

Well, I wish only to know what basic features agsXMPP Server have.  :red:

Ok, here some what I wish know:
 :arrow: 1) Talk with msn, icq, yahoo, etc OR...
 :arrow: 1.1) ...is prepared to accept plugins (jabber like) to msn, icq, yahoo, etc. AND...
 :arrow: 1.2) ...have some guide to develop plugins in C# to these transports work in agsXMPP Server lib?
 :arrow: 2) We can customize the lib in order to store info in databases? OR...
 :arrow: 2.1) ... use the provider model to store data like in http://msdn.microsoft.com/asp.net/downloads/providers/
 :arrow: 3) SSL Support?[url]

Hi Denize,

agsXMPP is not a server. Its a library to develop servers, client components and all kind of other stuff for XMPP.

all your features are supported by the library. It supports SSL and TLS.
The conversion from jabber to other gateways like msn, icq etc. happens on the xmpp server. For the lib a message to icq looks exactly the same than a message to jabber.
