Subject: Connecting to GTalk with Google Apps User
Hi,

Has anyone had experience using MatriX to connect to a Google Apps domain?  I have the option of creating a few gmail accounts or using my own domain for some research I am doing.  I would prefer to use my own domain but, in tinkering around with MiniClient, I can't seem to connect to using username@domain.com to the talk.google.com or gmail.com server.

It works without any problems for hosted domains at Google.
When you set up the SRV records for your domains MatriX should connect automatically without any problems.
When you don't setup SRV Records then use your domain as the XmppDomain and "talk.google.com" as Hostname.
