Does AG Software Provide this ...

yes, there is an Android and an iOS version for Xamarin Android and Xamarin iOS (formally Monodroid and Monotouch)

Can we use Android and IOS version of XMPP, other than Xamarin? Or it is only compatible with Xamarin?
