I think you mean "roster groups".

In the OnRosterItem event you get all contacts. Loop over all groups of every single contact. When you see a group which does not exist yet then add it to your collection of groups

but in case if group is created by me and group contain no member then how I will get group.

you can't. When you log off and log in again your group is gone. Groups are assigned to the contacts directly in XMPP.
