Is there an XML for See who is online in server , just for 1 id ?

ex : i want see alex is online in server or is offline , so if you can write this xml

When a contact is on your roster list and you are subscribed correct to this contact then you get the online presence in the OnPresence event. You can't get the presence of contacts you are not subscribed to.
