Subject: compatibility Matrix Library 1.5.3.5
I want to ask that matrix library 1.5.3.5 is not working in visual studio 2012 express with sdk 8, what will be required for new version of library, em trying to add as reference in my project but it is giving an error message.
"A reference to higher version or incompatible assembly can not be added to the project"

I think you are hitting another problem and the message displayed from Visual Studio is confusing or wrong.
When you download a dll from the internet the OS marks it and unsecure. You have to go to the properties first and permit access. See my attached screenshot
