Subject: support for XEP-0191: Blocking Command
Hi Alex,
 
  For my Windows phone application, i am using Matrix SDK. It is works well for my application till now.
  Now i need to implement XEP-0191: Blocking Command to implement blocking feature in my application.
  I won't found the implementation for XEP-0191 in Matrix SDK.
  Will you please provide the information of "how to use XEP-0191".

This extension is currently not implemented in MatriX. But its on our TODO list for one of the next updates.
Until its implemented you can create your own extensions like described here:
