Subject: Request to add methods with callback to Add() & update()
I like to tie the response back from Roster Add() or Update() to a callback. It would be nice with RosterManager class provides the capability to call Add()/Update() method and can specify a callback method that will be called server sens the response.

I have added new overloads for this to all functions of the RosterManager.
A build for testing is attached. Can you please let me know if it works fine for you?

The methods I tried work. Those methods are:
Add(jid, string, string[], EventHandler<>, object);
Update(jid, string, string[], EventHandler<>, object);
Delete(jid, EventHandler<>);
