i want to not double logined. login check

You can use the StramActive property for this.

StreamActive tells you whether the XmppClient has an active (logged in) stream or not.
The username is in XmppClient.Username

In XMPP the same user can have unlimited concurrent logins to a XMPP server. Only the resource must be different for each user.

login in the server admin console and go to the session page.
As a normal user you can't look up the sessions. Only as admin in the console, and with some severs also over XMPP and service discovery when you are a server admin.
