Subject: Remote-server-not-found error when Sending Iq
I've got the following error when sending jingle iq.

  1. ....
  2.  </jingle>
  3.  <error code="404" type="cancel">
  4.     <remote-server-not-found xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-stanzas" />
  5.  </error>
  6. </iq>
  7. ....

this happened after our open fire server has been restarted. previously everything is working.

could you please help me with this problem ?

This error means that your Openfire server is unable to find the federated server on which the receiving user of this packet is located.
So this is a server to server (2s2) communication problem between your and another server. One of the servers or its s2s component can be down, or they cannot establish a s2s connection because of many other reasons.
