Login information in packages

Subject: Login information in packages
Usually xmpp protocol working:

1. Autorize on server and get sessionID
2. Sending/reciving packages
3. Close connection.

Is it possible not use client-server, sending packages on some port, and reciving from another? And login information will be pass in each package.
