Is Jingle client 2 client or there is a server between them ?

Subject: Is Jingle client 2 client or there is a server between them ?
Hello All

i just wanted to ask a Question .... does Jingle send the voice to the server and the server send it to the other client

or it's a client to client ??

Jingle does only the negotiation for VOIP, Video or other media. The media itself is peer to peer ot over a media relay when p2p connections are not possible because of firewalls or other issues.
