Subject: Matrix vNext and Matrix XMPP SDK

Hi, i need a free license solution for my project.
And i'm confused about Matrix vNext and Matrix XMPP SDK.
The current version of vNext is 1.0.6 and SDK version is 2.1.0.3
Is the Matrix vNext the right one to use?

MatriX vNext is the next generation of the MatriX libraries.
Its build completly on netCore and netStandard, with a new and better architecture.
This is also why we did reset the version number to 1.

Hi Alex,
    So Matrix vNext is target .Net and Matrix XMPP SDK for cross platform ?
    vNext has dual license and Matrix XMPP SDK is for commercial, right ?
    by the way, the XMPP features are all the same between vNext and SDK version ?

vNext is based on netCore / netStandard. The new cross platform .NET framework by Microsoft.
The previous version of MatriX is also cross platform, but requires different assemblies and runtimes on each platform.

Yes, MatriX vNext had a dual license. Pretty much everything you can do with the previous version of MatriX you can do also with vNext.
