Web Client on tls work fine when not deployed on iis

Subject: Web Client on tls work fine when not deployed on iis
When a web client try to connect to the server which support tls, both client and server have tls supported configurtions and certificate, when i locally run the web client without internet information system, tls work fine.

When i deploy the webclient on Internet information system, after this web client is not able to connect with the server, ?

Check your server logs and exceptions. Without any logs and exceptions there is not much we can do to help.
