Presence/Status not changing on network lost

Subject: Presence/Status not changing on network lost
Hello Alex,

We are using MatrixWinRT lib in Windows 10 UWP app for chat application. Here we are facing issue like whenever my mobile/client network goes off then the logged in user's status should set as "Offline" but I can see user Status stays "Online" on open fire server.
Do we need to pass anything to xmppclient so that status will reflect as offline as soon as network goes off?

when you loose your network and are not connected anymore then there is nothing you can do. Your server should detect that you lost the network and set you to offline. Detected a dead connection can take some time on the server and the client side. You can try to lower the Keep Alive values or Ping Request on the client and server side (if available in Openfire)
